WEEK IN SNAPSHOTS: Foot Fiesta, Voodoo and Quinoa

A few Instagram worthy moments this past week or so have included eating the first tomato from our garden and making some delicious recipes from Pinterest: a mango black bean quinao salad & strawberry rhubarb bars! Fun fact: Rhubarb is technically a vegetable, but the U.S, classified it as a fruit because it was really only used in pies. We also enjoyed a very delicious Bacon Maple Ale  from Rogue in collaboration with Voodoo Doughnut based on their popular treat. Charlie and I actually tried some Voodoo doughnuts last fall so I threw that shot in here as well 🙂 I recommend both the beer and the doughnuts. Go Oregon!
